Schedule

Once the parties have agreed to mediate, send an email to reception@kramerlitigation.com or call Roger's legal assistant, Lauren Fichtel-Hewitt, at 651.789.2923.  Please provide the full name of the case, the names and firms of the attorneys representing the parties, the type of case, the proposed time frame for the hearing, and ADR deadline (if applicable.) Mediations are generally scheduled in half or full-day time slots, and approximately one to four months out.  

Mediations are held at the office condominium of Kramer Law LLC, which is centrally located in the Twin Cities, near the MSP airport and minutes from both downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Kramer Law's comfortable office space offers separate floors for the parties, round-table style mediation conference rooms, and private breakout offices. 

All decision makers are required to attend the mediation. Zoom sessions may be an option for those unable to participate in person. 

Mediations are billed on an hourly basis, which includes the mediator's preparation time. Effective for 2025, a minimum 4-hour fee will apply to all mediations. 

 If travel is required to facilitate the mediation, pre-payment must be received prior to confirming the date. 

 Fees may vary depending on the nature of the case, the number of parties, and whether travel is required. A fee proposal is available during the scheduling process. Additional billing terms are listed in the mediation agreement.
