Experience
Before becoming a mediator, Roger Kramer spent over 25 years as a trial lawyer, representing plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations, in a broad range of civil litigation. As his work transitioned to alternative dispute resolution, Roger started his own law firm in 2008. Since then, he has mediated over three thousand cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, civil sexual abuse, business and insurance disputes, products liability, professional liability, and more. Roger has also been appointed on numerous occasions to serve as a Tort Claims Reviewer by US Bankruptcy courts.
