Roger Kramer is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Court.  He has successfully mediated cases  involving personal injury, insurance disputes, products liability, commercial law, business disputes and construction defect claims. Mr. Kramer also frequently presides over binding arbitrations and conducts early neutral evaluations of cases in initial stages of litigation. Because of Mr. Kramer’s extensive experience representing both plaintiff and defense interests, he is uniquely positioned to relate to both sides of the bar and to understand the particular issues each side faces in litigation. Roger Kramer has more than 25 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts and in out- of-court negotiations.  His litigation practice has encompassed a wide range of business and commercial cases, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes and business torts; personal injury, products liability and general liability matters; and lawsuits involving construction defects Mr. Kramer also has significant experience in a broad spectrum of insurance- related litigation including coverage issues; property loss; homeowner, automobile, and D & O policies; first and third- party bad faith claims; and insurance fraud. Mr. Kramer is a highly experienced trial lawyer, trying scores of civil lawsuits to verdict.  He has litigated matters in District Courts across the state and in U.S. District Court  for the District of Minnesota.  He has successfully argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.  Mr. Kramer has also tried hundreds of cases in arbitration and administrative law forums on behalf of organizational and individual clients.
